Twilight of the Courts: The Elusive Search for Justice in the American Police State

Americans could not rely on the courts to mete out justice from the very inception of the Constitutional Republic.

According to Habakkuk 1:7, not only did the Chaldeans’ authority originate with themselves (in other words, the Chaldean's was just an ancient form of government of, by, and for the people), but so did their justice. And so does the justice of We the People: "We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice….” What an audacious assertion. Only Yahweh is just, and only He can establish justice:

"Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy [Yahweh’s] throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face." (Psalm 89:14)

Why because justice is determined solely by His immutable/unchanging moral law, rejected by the constitutional framers for capricious man-made Enlightenment and Masonic traditions:

"If justice be taken away, what are governments but great bands of robbers…." (Augustine)

Most people recognize that today’s courts are tribunals of injustice. When the constitutional framers excluded Yahweh’s justice, they opened the door for justice to be defined however judges choose to define it. In other words, the Constitution allows justice to originate with the judges themselves. Any constitution or government formed with designs to define and establish justice of itself denies and stands opposed to the kingdom of Jesus:

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder…. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end … and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever…." (Isaiah 9:6-7)

"Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth." (Jeremiah 23:5)
