The picture below is not of a 'Special Forces' soldier, it is a 'Park Ranger'! Why does a Park Ranger need to look like this? Why does the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have snipers? Why does NOAA, the weather people, need a 65 million dollar budget for armed agents? Why do they even need armed agents?
