The Navy and Air Force do have 'Aggressor Squadrons' that are used to simulate air to air combat, however, if you look closely at the picture below you will see markings of a 'Marine' aircraft. Also, aggressor squadrons don't mark their jets with any particular country, just make them different from US Colors.
